**如何保存 (How to Preserve)**
* **花与叶 (Flower & Leaf)**
   * 当季时新鲜食用 (Eat fresh when in season)
   * 将 1/2 杯切碎的原料放入装有苹果醋 (ACV) 的罐中浸泡 4-6 周，过滤后即可使用蒲公英醋 (Store 1/2 cup chopped in jar of ACV for 4-6 weeks, strain then use dandelion vinegar)
   * 用于沙拉酱中以吸收花和叶的营养效益 (Use in salad dressings to reap Flower and Leaf benefits)
* **花 (Flower)**
   * 制作药膏，用于割伤、皮肤皲裂及肌肉酸痛 (Make a salve to use on cuts, chapped skin, sore muscles)
   * 制作油——在罐中装入半罐干花，倒入橄榄油没过。储存 4-6 周后过滤。 (Make oil - fill a jar halfway with dried flowers and cover with olive oil. Store 4-6 weeks then strain.)
   * 药膏——在平底锅中加入几英寸深的水，将耐热容器放入其中。用中小火将 100 克油和 15 克蜂蜡缓缓融化，然后倒入铁盒或玻璃罐中静置凝固。 (Salve - slowly melt 100g oil to 15g beeswax in heatproof container set in a few inches of water in a pan. Med-low heat, then allow to set in tins or jars)
